Cleaner needed tonight in Auburn. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, clothes folding Need this done tonight in Auburn, starting 6:30pm. Send me your total price for the whole job. Bring one person or two, whatever works for you, I just want one flat number. Bathroom 1: Full clean. Shower including screen, tiles and grout. Basin and vanity. Bathtub. Toilet, mirror, floor. Bathroom 2: There's a fair bit of stuff on the surfaces and shelves. Needs sorting and rearranging first, then a full clean. This one is the priority of the two. Kitchen: Cooktop degreased including the removable parts. Benchtop. Floor. The kitchen is small and tight, only about 3 people can stand in it, so the floor area is minimal. Oven interior not needed. Clothes: A full wardrobe's worth to be categorised and folded. This is a real chunk of the job, not an afterthought, so please factor it into your price . Bring your own products and equipment, including a degreaser for the cooktop and something that will shift soap scum off shower tiles. The budget shown is a guide only. Quote me your total for everything above. I'll go with the best offer, not the cheapest. Only offer if you can definitely start 6:30 pm tonight.

Standard clean needed for a small 3 bed terrace. Floors, surfaces, rugs, carpeted stairs. There is a shower (no bath). Third bedroom is a small office rather than actual bedroom Two cats. One off clean initially but then looking for a regular cleaner also. Previous cleaner has hurt her knee so can no longer work as a cleaner. She has done 3 hours a fortnight for the house over the last 3 years which should give you an idea on time taken. However this included bed changes etc so 3 hours is definitely enough. Rebooking task between Daniel and Prisilia

3 bedroom house (about 88 m²). The house has been completely stripped out, so there is no kitchen, bathroom or laundry fittings, no furniture and no rubbish. Just empty rooms with bare timber floors, ready to be cleaned from top to bottom. The previous owner had cats and there was a rodent problem, so the house smells and needs a proper clean. By the time you come, pest controller would already be there for the 3rd time to collect carcasses and the nest (if any) What I need: Fully clean the whole house: walls, ceilings, floors, windows, window frames and sills, skirtings and door frames. Wipe down and disinfect everything. Enzyme treatment of the timber floors for cat urine odour. I supply the enzyme cleaner and instructions, you apply it and let it sit as directed.
