Hi, I’m looking for a professional end of lease cleaner for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The job must include a full bond clean so the property passes the final inspection. Will require as follows: 1. A total fixed price including GST for the full bond clean as outlined above, and a separate line item for the carpet steam clean and stain treatment. 2. Confirm what is included in your “bond clean guarantee” if the agent is not satisfied. 3.
