I require professional carpet cleaning services in preparation for a bond inspection as I am moving out. Only 3 rooms (two bedrooms and the living room/hallway area). The carpet is in pretty good condition as I have a deep carpet cleaner but the real estate agent is requiring it to be professionally done.
