Just purchased a new house a week ago and the previous owner has left it in quite a state, plus we have been doing some renovations the past week so has gotten very dusty. We have recently purchased a property and are looking for an end of lease clean to be completed. The current owners are doing a deep clean themselves and I’m sure they will do a half decent job at cleaning, but I have one child who is disabled, another who is asthmatic, and I’m pregnant, so I’m really hoping for the cleaning to be done properly. We’re looking for cleaning of areas such as the rangehood/extractor fan, cupboards, sinks and tapware, benches, window ledges, skirting boards, sliding door tracks, light switches, lights, toilets, bathtub, showers, floors, ceiling fans, and wiping off any marks on doors/handles, internal windows as well as washing the walls. Essentially, all the usual tasks for an end of lease clean. We are having new carpets to be installed in three of the bedrooms while the cleaning is happening in the morning (Can start different ends), so no carpet cleaning will be required. The clean would need to be completed on January 21st, as we cannot adjust this date due to settlement. Unfortunately, we have no access to the property at all until settlement, but I have attached the floor plans of the house.
