Garden work ( inside and out) such as carrying.heavy pots/bags of manure/potting mix, planting,weeding, mowing etc Plus carrying things in decluttering tasks such as in garage. Involves sometimes moving furniture or heavy boxes. This would be an ongoing role for the suitable person until home has been decluttered and garden put in order. These were tasks I enjoyed doing myself but I got struck by a car last Nov and have been seriously injured resulting in the need for this assistance.
