A 90 year old lady living alone in a small homes west unit requires general cleaning of her kitchen, lounge and bathroom. All kitchen cabinets require emptying, surfaces wiped and contents placed back in the cupboards. No need to clean the fridge. Rubbish to be placed in the large bins outside. Kitchen and lounge floors require vaccume and mopping. No dusting required. Bathroom needs general cleaning. Shower cubicle requires a good scrub. Bathroom floor requires mopping. Any day from 17th to 20th of March. Midday is preferred.
I booked Stephanie to help an elderly friend with her cleaning. She was punctual and completed the task but apparently her mop wasn't good and didn't remove marks from the floor and some items that could have been removed and tidied up from shower cubicle were not removed and my elderly friend cannot bend to pick them up. Overall an average experience for 1 hour of work at $80 pay!

Spring /deep clean of an empty unfurnished house. In regards to the size of the job, it’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen, 2 living rooms and 1 standalone toilet. We’ll be seeking the following items: Kitchen – clean/wipe of empty cabinet shelving, empty pantry shelving, benchtops and oven. Bathroom and toilets cleaned and cabinet insides wiped. Inside windows and sliding door clean and tracks cleaned. Inside window shutters wiped. Floors (floorboards) vacuumed and mopped – note there is carpet to Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 which don’t require vacuuming. There are no significant marks on the walls, but a general wash/scrub of the walls. Must be performed on 25th October and provide own cleaning supplies.
