Looking for a regular cleaner (plus would probably need a bit more of a thorough job the first time around - eg oven/fridge/cupboard cleans or this could be done over a few different cleans to break it up). I'm looking for someone with attention to detail and can use initiative. Looking for all the regular cleaning things such as vaccum and mop floors, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, wipe down surfaces around the house. Also to include skirting boards/window sills/windows and any odd marks on walls or cabinets eg. kitchen and bathroom etc as needed (would be easy to upkeep if done regularly). On occasion help with hanging washing out or bringing in when needed and making the beds/changing the bed sheets regularly and ironing clothes if your good at that too. Open to weekly or fortnightly depending on what you think would be recommended. Our house gets a fair bit messy with 2 young children, 2 cats and a dog and we are time poor. We ideally would be looking for someone who charges an hourly rate and we set a timeframe 3-6 hours that they are at the house for that allows them time for normal regular clean and maybe some extras if needed (this is where initiative comes in to see what needs to be done). We would also need some carpet and upholstery cleaning done so if this is something you can do is a bonus.
