Looking to lower the cubby house so we can have it sitting on the ground - safer for little kids

$50 per hour. Only listed for 2h but can pay an extra $50 for 3 if needed ($150 all up) I need someone to come do the bathrooms, the floors, the kitchen, and the surfaces. Ideally you'd be a regular as well but it's okay if you can only do this week. I need an invoice after you're done with just a cleaning item number on it and how much I paid. Very simple. I just give that to the NDIS. You must have an ABN. Ideally you'd be a warm approachable person I can use regularly for the cleans every fortnight once my funding increases. For now it's once a month. But I don't mind so long as you have an eye for detail and clean well. Ongoing payment is $50 per hour in future off app if we end up working on a regular basis.

I’m after someone to by and assist to finish off painting my kitchen cupboards most of it is inside parts now.
