We are a busy, loving family of four, plus a small, friendly dog. We are seeking a reliable, experienced, caring housekeeper for ~ 8 hours a week to help our busy family in Hawthorn. We both work full time and our 10 year old and 7 year old are involved in a range of sports and other activities. We would like to spend more time in the evenings and on weekends with the kids and are looking for someone to help make this happen by ensuring our house runs smoothly. Main responsibilities will be: • Laundry - weekly washing of sheets and towels, washing, drying, sorting, folding and putting away laundry • Shopping for groceries, fruit and vegetables and other household supplies and keeping track of items needed • Running other errands as needed e.g. collect parcels from post office, buy kids birthday presents, drop soft plastics to recycling bin at supermarket • Meal planning and help with meal prep • General tidying and clean up as needed and help with one off cleans e.g. fridge, windows We have a fortnightly cleaner who will continue to do a deep clean (Thursday afternoons) so you will not need to do a deep clean but it would be great if you could help keep things clean in between. Happy to discuss day availability, but our preference is 4 hours on Monday or Tuesday and 4 hours on Thursday or Friday. We would love someone who would take a long term view of the role. I need house cleaning and house keeping including tidying and laundry and general house matters. I am looking for a person who can come most days for a couple of hours or longer one day and then a few times a week for shorter time. About 15 hours total and $20 an hour. Hello there! This is a simple/quick clean of one room before a subletter moves in for two months. I am away in NSW and cannot do it myself. Will just involve vacuuming/dusting and clearing out some cupboards/drawers for new temporary tenant to use. I also rent another room in this house, and the stuff from cupboards etc can be stored there. All cleaning products/vacuum supplied. Will probably only take you 30 minutes.
