Read every label for gluten, sugar, and additive risks. • Batch cook mains, sides, and snacks, portion into labelled containers with ingredients and date. • Deliver to Abbotsford if cooking off-site, put items away neatly, leave the kitchen tidy if on-site. • Keep a simple log of what was cooked, portions, and reheating notes.
