Properties included big double storey 4 bedroom houses and allied health offices. We are offering $320 per day as a contractor. You need to bring your own equipment. Deliveries (weekly): - complete cleaning - this includes everyday clean + one-off items such as window clean etc etc. - tidying the kitchen - put dishes in dishwasher, organise the fridge, etc. - bedding duties - changing sheets, tidying beds, etc. - tidying up the property - organising toys, furniture, etc (we work with kids with disabilities) - light gardening duties - watering the garden/trees, taking weeds out, spraying, light pruning. Help my 14yo sort her clothes and tidy her room ... 2 hours work

The base of my back fence is damaged and I need to remove dirt along the edge so I can get to the base of it. about 20cm of dirt deep, 20cm across and about 15 meters along the fence, I have bags the soil can go in too, and one portion needs to be topped up and turned into a garden bed too. I’ve done a lot of digging lately and want some help. I’d expect this to take 2-3 hours, and happy to pay per hour, with a two hour minimum charge, so I don’t waste your time if your fast and if it takes longer happy to pay more. Also will be happy if job not complete just need at least 2 hours to help save me the time and effort. I’m thinking 40 per hour with $100 for first two hours. I also will have coffee and chilled water available cuz digging sucks. I have shovels, hand tools, eye protection and dust masks too.
