Hi !! I am hoping to get some assistance with organising and decluttering service for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Toowong. I am a full time uni student who struggles with depression, namely with lots of things piling up in my apartment (e.g. piles of laundry, piles of cardboard, a small-sized pantry that is full and needs sorting out and general everyday clutter). I would really appreciate someone who is non-judgemental and understanding of this situation ❤️ As I am a student, it is important for me to have full transparency and no surprise costs, due to financial barriers, and an understanding that if the job is half done I might not be able to afford to pay for completion (so I would prefer to stick to an hourly rate and maybe start with 2 hours for example, and see how we go?). I would also prefer to be home at the time of cleaning and help with tasks too, I can do these in another room (e.g. folding laundry) to not distract you ☺️ Thank you in advance!!

Seeking 1 or 2 people to do a 2 hour clearout of lots of old rugs, shoes, blankets and reusable bags etc from my house as I need to prepare my house for moving. I have broken my leg and will not be able to assist.

Purchased a renovator home and the elderly person who lived in the home was not able to clear the house out for sale. We need help removing all the furniture and personal effects, including underneath the home which has a lot of tools and things for yard work. The job will suit a team so that there is assistance to move the furniture. We would prefer a day or hourly rate. A skip will be provided for the items to be removed to and anything that we are keeping will be moved into a garage area. Access is good - wide staircase at the front. I can't provide a list of all items as I haven't been inside except to see it when we bought it.

Currently organising stashed project fabric and am running out of ironing time. Need about 20 metres (in two pieces) of fine silk organza ironed. Bonus - irons very quickly due to lightness of fabric! - have already ironed this fabric before and am happy that it tolerates the appropriate settings - fabric will be pre-prepared via dampening and pre-starching (atypical for silk, I know, but makes it much easier to handle when sewing!) - doesn’t need to be obsessively wrinkle-free, just basically gone over so as to be able to lay out for cutting/pattern laying - no complex folding or storing needed - I’ll be around to pleat and hang it for storage per my preference - new Oliso steam iron and excellent ergonomic JosephJoseph ironing board available on site as well as misting bottle If you’re slightly uncomfortable or unfamiliar with fine silk I’m happy to show you my preferred method to reassure you what the fabric will take.
