Need general cleaning and housekeeping on a weekly basis: - bathroom and toilet cleaning: 3x toilets and 2x bathrooms/showers - vacuuming and mopping (4 bedroom home with large kitchen and lounge area - bedsheet change for 3x beds (every 4 weeks) - laundry and basic kitchen cleaning/ washing - taking the trash out - wiping general surfaces - tidying of kids toys in play area - general tidying up $250 per visit and tasks can vary/ rotate with min hours of 5 per visit unless tasks are done faster. Can provide all cleaning equipment and materials.

Weekly clean of large 3 bedroom house, over 3 levels. Cleaning of all areas, however only cleaning 1 of the 3 bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms + 2 small bathrooms. We would like the bed linen changed weekly on one bed, approx 30 minutes of ironing each week. It involves all of the expected tasks of a weekly house clean. Would like a fresh start to year, wardrobe has to many things do need to declutter and re arrange the wardrobe. I have done this when I moved into house 4 years ago but after summer holiday. I just moved house but broke my shoulder in 4 places. My kids are useless and I need help to empty & organise boxes, put things away in an organised manner, do trips to laundromat to wash dry and fold clothes. Some general cleaning etc etc. rate is per hour.

I have clothes for one adult and one child that need sorting and categorizing into keep, sell, donate and return. For each category these need to be organized (folded, grouped, labelled) with some needing photos taken for selling.
