I need help! Someone who can help me declutter and organise my home and also who can help with cleaning. I am in a 3 bedroom townhouse plus a top floor that is a study/attic. I would like to start with decluttering and organising the ground floor, which is open plan. It includes a kitchen, dining area and TV area and a laundry. I'm hoping I can get someone who can help me go through the house room by room/ section by section and help me clean in the process.

Looking for a general cleaner/housekeeper for 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Friday) maximum of 3 hours per day (maybe less depending on what's needed) to clean house for single elderly gentleman. Need someone who is friendly, easygoing, flexible and willing to assist with a bit of home organising, laundry, ironing as well as usual cleaning. Must be flexible with times as there will be periods when he is overseas for weeks at a time and cleaner is not needed. Unit consists of 1 bedroom with ensuite, office, study, kitchen and open plan living/dining room as well as a balcony. Must be able to provide an invoice as this is paid for by a third party organisation and there is a budget constraint. Tenant would like to meet before giving final approval to go ahead.

We have just moved into a new place and the letterbox is full of like balled up paper or plants or something. Looks like maybe a rodent chewed up a bunch of the mail in there or something.
