Hi there, so it is a small 1 bedroom apartment, its on the second floor there is an elevator near the front door for easy access to the building. I am needing a thorough clean throughout it shouldn't realistically take too long to clean as it is so small. I will need a reciept to show the real estate as well. The list of things needed to be done are as follows: - Blinds to be cleaned and curtains - Vaccum & mopping of all areas including balcony - grout cleaning - cleaning walls & ceilings to remove any dirt/dust etc - Skirting boards, power points and light switches to be cleaned - shelves to be cleaned in all areas bathroom/kitchen etc. - Clean wardrobe tracks, glass on wardrobe etc. - Removing of any cobwebs to inside and outside balcony - Toilet, shower, basins, bathroom cabinet etc. I would also need you to come to me to collect the keys to the apartment and to drop the keys back to the real estate on my behalf along with the reciept of cleaning. Looking for x2 ppl to help out with thorough cleaning - kitchen, cupboards, toilets/bathrooms for an older house that hasn’t been lived in for a couple years time - a few cobwebs and spiders around. The moving of boxes/items is older smaller stuff that has been left in rooms and needs to be relocated from upstairs to downstairs for a double storey house so please keep this in mind if you can’t do lots of stairs. I’m seeking x2 helper/cleaners as I’d like this job completed over a couple days and only work for 2-3 hours each day. Must be hard workers, listen/follow instructions and very reliable and trustworthy people. This job could be completed easily by 1 person but it’s something I just want over and done with quickly and I will be helping and assisting them also. Wanting to get this house ready for someone to live in but needs a lot of love and repairs.
