I have a wood flood renovated 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom, with a bath and one outside small toilet kitchen which needs bond cleaning .

- all surfaces dusted/wiped down. - carpets vacuumed in both bedrooms. - all other hard floors vacuumed and mopped. - showers and shower screens cleaned. The en-suite shower is very dirty (picture attached) so I need someone experienced enough to know how to get this looking clean again. The shower in the main bathroom does not get used so it won’t take long to clean. - toilets, bathroom sinks, bathroom bench area and mirror cleaned. - large sliding mirrors in both bedrooms cleaned. - kitchen sink, microwave, stove top and over cleaned. Wipe down of kitchen splash back and cabinets. - there is a small laundry area with its own room which would include the wiping down of surfaces and the vacuuming/mopping. - I have a large balcony (32 squared meters) that I would like cleaned. Including sweeping and mopping. Separate mop head for outside please as it’s quite dusty/dirty and there is some dog wee from where my dog has missed his toileting area. As mentioned above, I have a small dog but he does not shed so pet hair is not an issue. Hopefully I have not missed anything in my above list. I essentially want a thorough clean of my apartment :) I would ideally like this clean down on Wednesday 24th April from 11am onwards. This is a very thorough clean to begin with, with the hope of scheduling a regular monthly clean moving forward. I would prefer someone who has all their own cleaning supplies. I have a broom that can be used for the outdoor clean and a designated Velida spin mop that can also be used for the balcony clean. I’m mindful that you may not want to use your own equipment if there is dog wee on the balcony.
