I need some professional to conduct our end-of-lease cleaning starting at 10am Saturday 31 May 2025. This is an apartment with two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Carpets and wardrobes are in both bedrooms. Bathrooms are tiled and each has a toilet, a washing basin and a shower. There is a kitchen with a gas stove, an overhead range hood, an oven, and a dishwasher. The only air conditioner is located in the lounge room, timber floor. The study is timber floor as well. There is also a tiled, semi-open balcony. We would like to ask the professional to be punctual (i.e. 10am on the day and cannot be later than 10:20am) and be able to perform an effective clean as such.
