We run an Airbnb in Vic Park with 90% occupancy. We require a cleaner who we can work with, trust, and most importantly reliable. This is a small studio apartment with one bedroom. You may get 3 cleaning jobs per week, or for longer stays one or 2 per fortnight.

We are looking for the perfect cleaner to regularly clean our house in Victoria Park. We are 2 adults and 1 dog living in a 2 storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with busy working lives (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom only need quick dusting/vacuum most of the time unless we have visitors staying) The clean has taken our past cleaner approximately 3 hours sometimes longer depending on the tasks. As part of the regular clean, fortnightly to start with potential to go weekly after time, we are requesting the following tasks: - full kitchen wipe down including sink, hotplates, benches, appliances, fridge, taps, and all cupboards and island cupboards wiped down. Bin emptied into larger bin and sprayed and new bin bag inserted. - both bathrooms wiped down including sinks, cupboards, benches, showers scrubbed and bathtub if required. - toilets cleaned inside and out, bathroom bins emptied and toilet paper restocked if required (we are to provide toilet paper) - staircase rails wiped down - dusting and wiping down in living area (tv cabinet, side table and shelves) and bedrooms (bed side tables, mirrors cleaned when required) and general tidying up if required for clothes etc. - master bedroom bedding changed, old bedding to be put in laundry or washing machine - entire house vacuumed including stairs - entire house steam mopped (us to provide steam mop for use) tasks sometimes required: - oven cleaned 2x yearly - skirting boards cleaned when required - doors/handles wiped down if required - sliding wardrobe mirrors wiped down when required - tiled bathroom walls cleaned a few times a year Understand these occasional tasks may incur an extra hours fee. We uphold a standard in our house but always make it worth your time. Our 2 year old golden retriever is very friendly also.
