These are the feedback from the client . The mop was too wet and the mirrors in the bathroom wasn't wiped. On top of that, cleaner informed that the clean took 3.5hrs but it was only done in 2hrs 17minutes. Client had a ring camera and sent the proof through. It was an honest mistake but costed us the client's trust and she will not be booking again. Besides that, Melinda is prompt in communication and has a good attitude.

Daniel did a really good job on our mattress and carpets. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their mattresses and carpets cleaned 😊 he did a good job more then we were expecting!
