Keen for ongoing fortnightly - tasks include vacuum and wash floors including stairs, x2 bathrooms including scrub grout in showers, kitchen surfaces and cupboards, powder room, skirting boards and dusting all over. Need a lovely cleaner to come and clean our 1 shower, 3 toilets and 1 bathroom. We'd also love them to clean out our fridge and give it a proper clean out. A general clean up of surfaces of our two storey townhouse would be fantastic. Ideally the cleaner would have all the cleaning products that they need.

Help me Deep clean a small mid-renovation rental house – pre-paint ready. I need help doing a full deep clean of a small rental property currently in renovation stage. The house is very dusty/dirty from recent work and needs to be thoroughly cleaned throughout (all rooms, surfaces, floors, fixtures) before painting begins and fitout work starts (kitchen, bathroom, laundry). I have an industrial vacuum cleaner you can use. Scope: Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting all surfaces, wiping down walls. I’ll also be on-site helping during the job. No bathroom or laundry fitted out yet. Happens after the painters come through. There are wardrobes and kitchen cabinets already the house that we will need to move/work around. Rooms: 3x bedrooms 2x small bathroom 1x kitchen 1x lounge 1x laundry Estimated 4–5 hours with 2 of us working. Flat rate negotiable for the right person/team. Ideally 1-2 people helping me. Someone comfortable working in a renovation environment, experience in cleaning, who can work methodically and get the space paint-ready. I’ll pay or lunch!

Only been here a year and agent is requesting professional clean, townhouse which is new style. Receipt of cleaning is required to forward on to real estate agent. I’m a bit of a clean freak apparently according to my previous cleaner of my last two rentals. Main areas where I struggle are showers, oven, and finger prints on walls in my son’s room, aircon vents/ filter. (Works with cars) I have already started cupboards, mirrors, and whatever has been possible so far. There is a powder room downstairs but I know I will have down this, I will be taking care of what I can cleaning wise, windows, mirrors but I will be more than happy to confirm beforehand. Need this area high pressured to the highest quality. This will become a re occurring thing if done properly. Multiple property’s in need of this so this will be the test.

You will need to dust house including removing insects from window ledges . The ceilings are high so may need ladder or suitable equipment. Vacuuming of curtains, carpets and maybe some mopping. This house has been unoccupied so will require some extra attention. This is for 2 hours of work. You will do what you can within that time frame.

My offer is per hr. Need some who pays attention to detail in an already fairly clean home.2-2.5 hrs max. One bathroom, 2 toilets and 2 bedroom home.
