The place is already in good condition — this is more of a detailed clean (bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces, floors, dusting, etc.). Looking for someone reliable with a good eye for detail. Ideally should take around 3–4 hours. Offering $170 fixed (or hourly if preferred). I can supply a vacuum & mop if needed, otherwise you will need to bring your own supplies. Optional: happy to pay extra if you can also do a proper deep clean of my Webber BBQ.
