Job takes about 60-90min Tasks required: - Everywhere in the apartment: Wiping down bench tops, tables, furniture, kitchen cabinets and all hard visible surfaces; - Vacume & mop all floors; - Empty all rubbish bins and replace with clean bin liners; - Bathroom: Cleaning shower & glass screen,, clean out shower line drain, clean down sink area and toilet; clean laundry area, empty bathroom rubbish bin. - Kitchen: Washing any dishes; unpack dishwasher; wipe all surfaces down. Clean out bins and fridge & dispose of half used products (the property is an Airbnb) - Bedroom: strip bed + all towels and linen and run a “quick wash” cycle of the sheets and towels; hang up all clean washing on downstairs clothesline to dry. - Make bed, place out clean towels and bath mat for next guest. Check out is 11am and check in at 3pm so cleaning will need to be completed between this time if we have back to back bookings otherwise we can be a little more flexible. Access to keys is via lockbox. Tasks include, vacuuming, mopping, wiping all surfaces, cleaning bathroom and toilet, sweeping patio if needed, stripping and remaking beds with fresh linen and checking supplies and letting me know if things need to be replenished. Duties for a clean as follows. Strip and re-make all beds and bathroom towels with linen we supply. Vacuum and mop all floors including under the beds and in the bathroom. Wipe down all surfaces including windows/blinds and sills. Presentation of the bedrooms is to be expected as it is a Airbnb. Clean shower, toilet, hand basin and mirror. Clean lounge and wipe down surfaces in lounge such as side table, t.v unit, fans, and dining table along with windows/blinds/sills. Clean of stove top and oven. Wipe down benches, fridge and microwave interior and exterior. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and cutlery but we are required to check it is clean and presented well. Remove rubbish (guests are supposed to but sometimes don’t) and put in complex supplied rubbish bins, re-line rubbish bins (both bathroom and kitchen). Leave 2 towels out per bedroom, and check shower gel, shampoo etc stock, toilet roll, restock with provided stock. Clean fridge and place milk, wines, snacks out for guests along with manual. A full standard operating procedure can be provided. - Due date: Needs to be done on 21 August, anytime of the day.
