We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 60m2 Airbnb apartment in Perth CBD. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail to handle all cleans and laundry for this apartment. Cleans may also fall on the weekend. Presentation is very important as it is a Airbnb. Duties for a clean as follows: -Use your own cleaning supplies -Strip and re-make all beds and bathroom towels. -Vacuum and mop all floors including under the beds and in the bathroom. -Wipe down all surfaces including windows/blinds and sills. -Wipe outdoor furniture and mop small balcony. -Clean shower/bath, toilet, hand basin and mirror. -Clean lounge and wipe down surfaces in lounge such as side table, t.v unit and dining table. -Quick clean of stove top and oven. -Wipe down fridge/freezer and microwave interior and exterior. -Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and cutlery but we are required to check it is clean and presented well. -Remove rubbish (guests are supposed to but sometimes don’t), clean bins and put in bin liners. -We also need you to offer laundry service for queen bed, 2 single beds and towels, bathmat and hand towel & tea towels (quote seperately for this). Ongoing future work for right person with more properties coming on board soon ! You must have your own ABN, Police Clearance Certificate, Permanent Residency to stay in Australia & insurance.
