Being a Airbnb listing, the property is set up minimalistically for ease of cleaning. Duties for a clean as follows. Remove sheets and duvet cover from beds and add to the washing machine if they're not already in there and start cycle, re-make the bed, place bathroom towels on bed with linen we supply. Check wardrobe and drawers for any belongings. Once the washing machine has completed cycle, add any remaining linens and towels to the washing machine, and place sheets in dryer if it is a wet day, or on washing line if it’s dry, once they are dry, iron if required (often this isn’t the case as they dry unwrinkled) and store away. Vacuum and mop floors including under the bed (as it can get dusty) and in the bathroom, clean shower, toilet, basin. Wipe down all surfaces including window sills/blinds, kitchen surfaces, check fridge, oven, microwave and clean if nessecary(often it’s just the fridge). Presentation of the bedrooms is to be expected as it is a Airbnb. Quick clean of stove top and kitchen surfaces. Wipe down benches, fridge and microwave interior and exterior. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and cutlery but we are required to check it is clean and presented well. Check dishwasher and empty if nessecary (guests usually take care of this). Remove rubbish. Tidy up seating area and ensure it is well presented. Clean lounge and wipe down surfaces in lounge such as side table, t.v unit and dining table along with windows/blinds/sills. Quick clean of stove top and oven. Wipe down benches, fridge and microwave interior and exterior. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and cutlery but we are required to check it is clean and presented well. Remove rubbish (guests are supposed to bht sometimes don’t) and put in complex supplied rubbish bins, re-line rubbish bins (both bathroom and kitchen). Hi, we've just set up our 2 bedroom unit in Scarborough as an Airbnb and we are looking for a friendly cleaner with great attention to detail to clean the unit after each stay. Check out is 11am and check in at 3pm so cleaning will need to be completed between this time if we have back to back bookings otherwise we can be a little more flexible. Access to keys is via lockbox. Tasks include, vacuuming, mopping, wiping all surfaces, cleaning bathroom and toilet, sweeping patio if needed, stripping and remaking beds with fresh linen (washing of used linen will be done by ourselves), and checking supplies and letting me know if things need to be replenished. You'll be provided a checklist to tick off each task for every clean. Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided. The job is paid per clean and includes general cleaning when someone checks out including washing the sheets on 3 beds, towels, tea towels, and drying and then remaking the beds. The washing machine has a short 15 min cycles so they can be washed and dried while the cleaning is done. Must have a car. Cleaning materials and vacuum/mop provided. I need someone to clean my Airbnb on the 15th at 10am sharp as I have another tenant checking in at midday On the 15th, the tenant that is checking out on the 15th will have only been there for the night so the place shouldnt need much cleaning done, it will just be remaking the beds (2 queen beds), putting out new towels and bath mats, put out a new dish cloth, putting away any dishes left out (if any), taking out any rubbish (if any), and a general tidy which would likely involve brushing of the couch wiping benches, soaking up the water on the bathroom floor with a towel and a quick sweep And potentially a spot clean with the mop if anything has been spilled. The place is a tiny 2x1 apartment so it should be a really easy job, I would normally clean it myself but I’ll be away on this date.
