Hi there, We urgently need someone to clean and changeover our Airbnb today. We have an Airbnb in Newtown. Need someone to do a changeover and clean between clients. There are two beds so just need the beds stripped, washed, dried and reset. Washer/dryer at the house. Then bathroom/kitchen a good clean etc…dishes, shower, toilet… At the moment the changeover needs to happen between 10:30am and 3:30pm. Hi all! I run a very busy Airbnb. I am looking for regular cleaning help. First task is for Friday the 3rd of December. We have a very tight cleaning schedule for this day between guests checking out at 11 am and new guests arriving at 2 pm, so a three hour clean. We are looking for a reliable, thorough housekeeper to attend to our small two-bedroom Newtown apartment on Wednesday 31 March between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. This is a one-off task with a view to engagement for ongoing work. As well as great cleaning skills, you will need experience in making beds and arranging the space to make it appropriate for guests. This is a housekeeping job, and if you've looked after Airbnb accommodation before, you will know that it means more than just cleaning. The apartment is small - only 60sqm total, with a living room, two small bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. A written task list and reference photos will be provided so you can check off items. Vacuum cleaner and mop are supplied. One turnover will take on average two hours to complete for one person and two people can do it faster. We are looking forward to working with you and the potential to build a positive ongoing relationship. The process: 1. Pick up clean sheets from the laundromat nearby 2. Wipe down surfaces and objects. Clean door handles etc. due to COVID precautions. 3. Remove sheets, pillowcases, used towels. Make beds with fresh sheets and arrange fresh towels. 4. Clean kitchen, wash dishes if needed, check dishwasher and remove dishes 5. Clean bathroom, check for mould on walls and wipe, clean toilet and sink 6. Clean small balcony 7. Vacuum carpet, mop kitchen and bathroom 8. Maintain less-frequent cleaning tasks like emptying vacuum cleaner, cleaning oven, fridge, and inside cupboards by doing them when required (not every time) 9. Tidy and put things in their place to make the space welcoming for guests 10. Empty bins 11. Check supply levels (essentials such as toilet paper, cereal, milk, bread) 12. Drop off dirty laundry at nearby laundromat - which will be ready for next turnover 13. If required, purchase supplies at the supermarket nearby (walking) and restock (not every time) 14. Take photos and send via WhatsApp
