Need to clean the airbnb property. 6 Beds need to be done. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, bbq machine, 3 veranda, 2 lounge 2 living rooms, kitchen need ro be cleaned. The work has to be professional. Need to use Steam mop for the wooden floor and regular mop for the tiles. Needs to finsh the work from 9 am to 3 pm. My previous cleaning company used to clean 2 persons from 10 am to 2 pm.

Need someone who has experience with doing AirBNB cleans to help us clean and have the house ready for the next guests. House will be available from 11am and the following needs to be done: 1. All bedsheets, duvet covers, pillow cases taken out and replaced with fresh ones with old ones washed 2. All used towels, bathmats and tea towels washed, replace with fresh ones 3. Vaccum all floors and floor rugs 4. Mop laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway 5. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and placed back into the kitchen cabinets 6. Ensure Garbage bins are taken back into the rear of the house and red bins are taken out to the front of the house for the following week's collection 7. Wipe all surface areas, dining table, desks, kitchen bench-tops All the used towels and linen need to be washed in the washing machine and hang them on the clothesline. Our usual cleaner spends about 3 hours doing all the above, the house is 75 sqm so it's very small. Must be able to do the job at 11am and have the house ready by 2pm. Looking for a local cleaner who can assist with cleaning of a cottage we lease out via AirBNB. The home has two small bedrooms, living areas and one bathroom. You need to: 1. Clean all flooring (steam mop floor boards in living room and hall way, steam mop tiled areas in kitchen, dining and bathroom, vacuum carpet in two bedrooms, vacuum floor rugs in living room and main bedroom) 2. Clean kitchen (ensure bench tops are clean, wipe down all cabinet doors, ensure all utensils and dishes are cleaned and placed back in the cabinet, ensure stop top is clean, ensure oven is clean, ensure fridge is clean and there’s throw out anything inside the fridge). Empty all rubbish and place into the bins outside. 3. Deep clean the bathroom (ensure the bath is clean and no stains, residue of anything), clean the toilet and ensure it is clean, clean vanity unit and mirror wipe , down the bathroom cabinet (inside out), clean shower screen with window cleaner, empty bin and place into the red bin outside. 4. Clean dining table and wipe down glass (with window cleaner) and ensure all dining chairs and vacuumed, no crumbs on floor or chairs. 5. Clean living room but wiping down side tables and TV unit. Wipe TV with dry dust cloth to ensure no dust is left in the TV. Vacuum sofas to ensure no food scraps or dust. Fold any throw blankets and have them nicely placed as per pictures. 5. Main bedroom, remove all used pillow cases, sheets and duvets and put new fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases, duvet cover on and place all used linen in linen bags provided. Ensure nothing is left in built in wardrobes and wipe them to ensure they are clean. 6. Clean second bedroom, remove all used linen and replace with new for both main bed and trundle bed (if used), wipe study desk and ensure it is dust free. 7. Clean laundry floor, washing basin, and wipe down washing machine to ensure it is. clean 8. Outdoor deck, sweep the floor and wipe furniture. Start at 1030am on Friday.
