I need an experienced cocktail maker for a 50th birthday party. 5pm - 11pm Brighton.

Cook/wait staff required to work a private function for approx 55 people. A second wait staff will be on site to assist. 3 hour shift 6:30pm to 9:30pm Must be capable of warming and plating finger food using a small deep fryer and oven as well as serving to guests. I need a go getter. Someone who has worked in a kitchen and front of house before, is organised and takes initiative. I will be onsite as a guest, however will walk you through the entire food plan and kitchen before the event and can be there for questions on the night. You must be strong willed and confident, willing to work with very little supervision

We will be having a 40th party. Need a bar person to serve drinks and make cocktails. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Time will be 6pm start until midnight finish
