The Role: • Mix & Serve: Prepare cocktails and shots from a provided list of 30 recipes (e.g., Toblerone, Mojito, Strawberry Daiquiri). • Batching: We typically order in batches (e.g., 12 of one type) for about 10 rounds throughout the night. • Support: Collect/wash glassware and heat/serve finger food. Setup: • A dedicated mixing station is set up in the butler’s pantry with all recipes pinned to the wall. • Everything is provided: glassware, alcohol, ingredients, garnishes, blenders, and shakers. Requirements: • Must be fast and confident with cocktail equipment. • Reliability is essential. • Dress Code: Smart "Bar-hand" attire (e.g., all black). • Please share your relevant experience when applying.
