Be experienced making cocktails, particularly the four above 3. Bring their own basic bartending equipment where possible — shakers, jigger, muddler, strainers, bar spoon etc. 4. Help advise us beforehand on quantities of alcohol, mixers, garnishes and ice required 5. Keep the bar area reasonably clean/tidy during service 6. Be comfortable serving approximately 50 guests Bar setup:we will set up a table. Note: There isn't a dedicated sink at the table. We have a nearby sink tap and hose and, if required can provide potable water containers/rinse tubs for cleaning equipment. Beers and soft drinks will also be available in eskies, but guests can mostly help themselves to these, so the main focus is cocktails.

All equipment, glassware and ingredients will be provided, so you’ll just need to bring your personality, cocktail knowledge and energy! As it’s a hens party, we’d ideally love a fun, confident male who is comfortable being the centre of attention.
