YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan quantities and purchase all alcohol, mixers, fruit, garnishes, ice and other ingredients using standard-priced brands. • Supply clear plastic cups, food-safe jugs/batch containers, napkins, bar tools and adequate cold storage. • Prepare suitable cocktail bases beforehand and finish drinks during service. • Manage measured pours, two-drink limits, responsible service, replenishment and station cleanliness. • Clean and pack down the cocktail area, dispose of waste appropriately and hand over unused stock and purchase receipts. Both workers must have current Victorian RSA credentials and cocktail-service experience. Nominate one lead contact responsible for coordinating the complete job. Please provide an itemised, all-inclusive offer covering both workers, shopping time, supplies, equipment, transport, cleanup and GST where applicable.
