Location: Caroline Springs (Private Residence) Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026 Time: Approximately 6:00pm setup for a 6:30pm start, finishing around 12:30/1:00am About the Event Private engagement party with approximately 80–100 adult guests plus children. We’re a big European family, so the drinks will be flowing all night. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, provide great service and keep guests from waiting at the bar. What We’re Looking For Experienced bartender(s) confident making cocktails, serving beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, while keeping the bar area clean and organised. Experience at weddings, engagements or private events is preferred. RSA preferred (or required where applicable). Cocktail Service Our signature cocktail will be inspired by a Cherry Berry Sour (similar to an Amaretto Sour with a cherry twist). It’s important to us as it matches our colour scheme and is also the bride’s favourite drink. We’d love this served to guests on arrival. A full drinks menu will be provided beforehand. Staffing Ideally we’re looking for two bartenders, however if you’re confident managing 80–100 guests on your own, we’d still love to hear from you. There will be approximately 30 guests, and the event will run for around 5–6 hours. Ideally, you already work together or have experience working events as a team.
