Hi, we run a cleaning business and are looking to partner with local contractors. We will have more work in the future if you are a good fit. Must have an ABN and public liability. You will also be required to sign our subcontractor agreement in person The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- will require carpet cleaning in all bedrooms. The clean needs to be completed to real estate exit standards and be RTA compliant. You will be required to return to the property to amend any cleaning items if requested by the real estate. General bond clean for a standard townhouse. Oven is new and doesn’t need much of a deep clean. Happy to break up the job into two sessions (ie upstairs then downstairs) depending on the booking with removalists. Do need a carpet clean (upstairs only), tile downstairs, and single car garage.
