Yellow stain on the wall in the bedroom of our rental needs to be repainted. We just moved out and during the final inspection, real estate manager noticed this and said that it needs to be repainted. Needs to be done tomorrow morning. As we have moved interstate, keys to be collected in Hobart. The apartment is in Moonah.

I have a walnut stained bar top that I have previously filled with putty due to being a portable bar it has consistently split the putty, I'm wondering if you have any idea and could fix this issue.
