Find a professional staining service in Fortitude Valley

My son had a squeeshy ball and during the summer it must have fallen down the side of his bed and stuck to the carpet. I have tried using nail polish remover and it doesnt change anything, I need to get rid of this without ruining the carpet as im in a rental. I need someone to clan/scrub off excess timber varnish that is on my balcony tiles in some place. We have cleaned and used gurney but some stains are stubborn. See pics. I’ve been advised hydrochloric acid could be helpful but I am unsure so open to whatever you choose to use. Anything that doesn’t damage tiles and lifts off as much of the stain marks as possible. Small scattered spots of hair dye stained into carpet after shaking the bottle without a lid in the ensuite bathroom. Approx 5 small spots, some darker than others. I'm in a rental so I need a professional cleaner or someone close to it. I know the stains can be removed and I have bicarbonate soda, vinegar etc for the job (one way to do it, there are others) If it's not a job for you please recommend any cleaning companies you think could tackle this because I'm too scared I'll ruin the carpet more 😅 I set the date but it can be done anytime required. I'm home 7 days most the day. Nights are also fine.

Fabricate a stainless steel ice well then Cut square in existing stainless steel bench and insert the ice well it. Photos attached of existing ice well we would like to replicate or at least as similar as possible. And pictures of the ice well bench space to cut. Size is 30x30cm and 40cm deep.

There has been a red drink spilt on my carpet. I have used basic cleaning supplies to remove it, but I only got so far. I believe this is important to mention as I contacted someone already and they said it was the worst thing I could have done. Is there any hope? (The photo was taken after cleaning supplies were used, that's why there is dark area around it. No longer there now.)
