Find experienced local carpenters in Mackay

Just wondering if anyone would be willing to install a box aircon in a window? Window is two story high. I would cover the costs of labour and materials. It is a Teco Aircon 2.2kw, 550 wide, 660mm long and 375mm high. I have two 600 x 300mm gal brackets however am unsure what bolts to purchase (as the building is brick) or what ply size required to put above the aircon in the window pane and underneath the aircon itself. Where the aircon would sit is 600 x 1180mm. The aircon slides out of the frame which makes it lighter to lift and secure to brackets. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 February 2024

We are joinery firm from Nerang, SE Qld and have a project in Mackay (center of town) on 7th Dec 2021. We are looking for a local, experienced person for 8 hrs. This would suit a cabinet maker, carpenter, or a very skilled person that regualarly makes and assembles melamine cabinets. This is different to those international flat pack firms. There are several tones of shop fit-out joinery to assemble and you must be competent in assembling these and reading construction plans. ABN required. Basic, battery operated hand held, power tools is experience is essential. Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 7th Dec 2021

Old Queenslander with external stair case. Two of the steps have broken because the stringers have rotted. I am after someone to cut out the rotten wood. Cut a piece of hard wood to replace it and fix it to the good wood. Screw a piece of metal underneath that extends beyond the replaced piece so that it can't fall. Then screw metal right angle on the string for the step to fix to and bolt the step to the right angle. Property is a rental property so I need to give the tenant notice that someone will be attending to do the job. Will also require a photograph of the completed job to be emailed to me. I can text or email a photograph of the job.

I used bleach on my bathroom wall and its turned really yellow. Its some sort of a plastic material. Any way to remove it
