Looking to get drafts made up for an extension for an extra bedroom with ensuite (walk in wardrobe), laundry and living area. Possibly a 2nd bedroom. Current dwelling is a 3 bedroom 1 bath on piers. Would like advice on whether or not to keep it the same height as the existing dwelling or split level considering we don't need to excavate. (which ever is going to keep costs down. Looking to owner build the project.

Old Entry steps to house need to be done properly using wooden steps on top of concrete steps (see picture). Both labor and material and to be done quickly (flexible but to be done before 15th Jan 2024). We would like to invite taskers with experience handyman type experience and tools to quote; 1.. Install trim/Moulding to the top of the wardrobe (top of the wardrobe to the ceiling is about 3cm) to make the wardrobe look built in. This would require applying paintable caulk to make it seamless where the trim meets the ceiling. 2. Install baseboard - primed timber along the base of the units 3. Install vertical primed timber trim to cover where the separate wardrobe units meet each other AND also where the wardrobe meets the wall. Paintable caulk will also be required where the trim meets the wall. All trim will have to be cut to size. Photos attached show examples of what we are hoping to achieve. There is also a photo of the wardrobe design itself. We will build the wardrobe but looking for someone to add the trim to achieve a built in look. Job date is flexible but hoping to complete in the next 2-3 weeks. At the moment we are just seeking quotes so that we can understand what costs would be involved if we go ahead
