What does a car wash include?

Looking for someone reliable to wash my MX-5 every 4 to 6 weeks, ongoing. Weather dependent, so we shuffle the date if it's pouring. I had a great guy doing it for two years, but he left the company and his replacement had zero eye for detail, so here I am. Maintenance, not restoration. The car lives under cover and I use a car cover as well, so she's never filthy. Setup: my previous washer had a mobile van and just parked on site. There's a tap near the car, but you'd need to bring your own hose. Every so often I might splurge on something extra like a ceramic coating, so mention it if you offer that. Here’s the important part- When you quote, skip the copy-paste intro and tell me two things: how you'd wash and dry a black soft top without marring the paint or the fabric, and how long you'd expect the job to take.
