Need the radiator flushed on my 2007 Nissan Elgrand as will be replacing with head gasket additive.

My 2004 Nissan Elgrand is blowing smoke just on start-up. My regular mechanic has unfortunately closed his business & was working on the car. Current issue is, the oil drains in the cylinder heads are blocked not allowing the oil to drain down, filling up the rocker covers which then gets sucked into the engine. Need a great mechanic who can fix this issue.
