Blower motor needs replacement. I have a replacement motor. This is X-Trail T32. This is not a trivial task on this model as it is hard to get to it. It is required to disassemble half of the dashboard and steering wheel column. See this video https://youtube.com/shorts/RlJS_AyUHxg?feature=share
