I recently had the brakes and rotor replaced on my left rear wheel on my Mazda 6 2017. Since the repair, I’ve noticed a leak that appears to be brake fluid coming from that area. The car didn’t have this issue before the brake work was done and I am currently unable to drive it. I was quoted $187 for a full service through ultra tune which I was told included all fluids topped up , 100 point safety check, carpets vaccummed and a few other things. However after getting my car back the paperwork said it is a special standard service and the fluids weren't even topped up. There was also a obvious banging noise when I go over bumps which I suspect has something to do with the suspension that wasn't even noted, despite the paperwork saying no issues were found with the test drive. I doubt it was even taken for a test drive. However, I enquired about this and they told me it was a full standard service that was performed on my vehicle. Is there a difference between a full standard service and just a standard service? Or is this to make it sound as if I got a full service to cover up the initial quote for what they told me was going to be a full service? Have I been conned? If so, I would like for someone on the ball to call them, clarify everything and speak on my behalf. I can send you all communications by text message and all paperwork.
