Labor Required: Drain the old oil (check for debris). Remove the clutch cover and replace the full plate stack. Inspect the clutch basket for notching/wear. Install a new gasket and fresh oil/filter. Critical: Adjust the clutch cable at both the engine and lever ends for correct free-play.

The car is not starting; it tries to turn over but won't fire. The battery is new, the starter motor sounds like it's trying, the fuel pump sounds like it's priming, the spark plugs look okay.
