Actuator is not working at the moment. Oil level/condition, oil leaks, filter housing, oil pressure switch/sensor & wiring. The seller is returning from holiday and anticipates getting back round 11am so I am aiming for the inspection to be done at 11am, however, I do need someone with flexibility around timing in case she runs late .

It’s a Mitsubishi express 2010 with a bit more over 300.000km and a WA rego. New tyres @295k, Full service @296k, New cooling fan + fan clutch In Oct 2025: - Brake flush + full brake service - Rear wheel cylinders replaced - Coolant flush + pressure test - Front wheel bearings serviced - Heat shield repaired as I have no experience with cars whatsoever I would like a professional to have a look at the van and the engine to make sure it’s safe and still got some more years in it’
Mitchell is very knowledgeable and friendly, he did a very thorough inspection of the car and therefore gave me advice on what to check before buying the van. Highly recommend!
