    We are looking for a full time (35 hours per week) VA to manage the front end of our growing kids entertainment business. We really need someone with great customer service skills ... actually AWESOME customer skills, with a natural helpful sales knack. Event management would also be a welcome skill to have. But most importantly you will need to be a detailed person, methodical person who is highly organised. We use Zoho CRM, so Zoho experience is good, but so many CRMs are similar in many ways, so any CRM experience will be beneficial. General tasks are: 1) Dealing with all customer inquiries which come in via Weform, phone, email and social media AND ensuring that these customers are nurtured and not left unattended. Certain amount of these processes are already automated. Outbound calls are a necessary part of the job. 2) Liaising with the entertainment team members to book them into the gigs. 3) Organising the calendar of events 4) Maintaining Customer relationships 5) Data Entry We are family orientated and our vision and passion is to help mums and dads create memorable family moments through unforgettable kids parties. And likewise for our corporate clients too. It's a fun job working with the different clients and team members, many of which have been in the Balloonaversal family for several years. We love people, we love business - good relationships are key to happiness in life. And so we're looking for another long term working relationship with a VA who has similar values.
