Cut flush with existing pavers, if possible. If offering, please provide a little info on your method of demolition. E.g. what tools you would use. I’m going to an open home inspection on Saturday in Annerley and I’m hoping to get a builder to come with me to give me a rough price guideline of how much it would cost to build in under the house (it’s legal height). I don’t need an exact quote, but I do need a guideline as what it will cost to build underneath will determine the price we can offer (it’s going to auction!) It’s a 10m x 9.8m space, we want it entirely open plan (no bedrooms) with small bathroom and kitchenette.
