Rip out kitchen, knock down a partion wall. Rip up lino and sand and restore floorboards. Rip out a bed base, headboard and dressing table from master bedroom. Strip wall paper and paint walls in dining room and 3 bedrooms. Dispose of all materials. There is asbestos is the house. The photos show the kitchen that needs ripping out which joins the dining room with a partion wall with a sliding door. This is the wall that needs to come down.

I need an experienced Operator with own machine to demolish concrete, asphalt pavers on council footpath. Then to excavate existing clay to required levels

Needing a hole in my drive way dug out for concreting that’s 60 x 30 cm wide . Dug out to 10 cm deep . Job can be done Sunday or Monday morning . I put $50 but we can neg a price

Need my driveway repainted. I believe they used Berger jet dry previously. Not sure exactly on colour. A sealer needs to be added after it drys

Build and supply of a 4.5 x 5m insulated flyover pergola.

We need help to assemble an easy shed off the wall shed. It needs to be attached to an existing concrete slab and a brick wall. The instructions are quite tricky to understand and need a base level of building knowledge which we need help with.

Need the driveway either fixed in patches or completely redone, not sure yet. Also grinded on edges to be level

Pergola to be erected by the 23/4/26

Replace old pergola sheeting with new sheets. I can supply the materials from Bunnings, or you’re welcome to supply them if preferred. Please see the attached photo of the pergola. I need an EasyShed shed assembled in a carport. 2.25m (L) * .78m (D) * 1.95m (H). The ground isn't quite level with about a 8-10mm drop at the back, if that makes a difference.
