Find an experienced builder in Newcastle

Wanting to get a quote to assemble a 6 x 2.5 shed, but I have not ordered shed yet organise and price first.

I’m looking for someone to cover the ceiling on our outdoor patio, so the insulation is not exposed. The ceiling is quite low so don’t want to lose too much space, so hoping to have it done in sections between the larger timber beams. Will need to supply the materials please or let me know what to get. Thinking the James Hardie HardiFlex eaves from Bunnings could work well but whatever you recommend The area is about 3 x 6.7m and there are 11 timber beams, so about 11 sections attached to the existing beams. I will do the painting myself. I have attached a photo of how it was done in our sunroom for reference. We would like it done to look similar. Need a retaining wall built at the back of an existing deck, 4.2m long by 1m high. Happy to use something like beser blocks as long as it’s cost effective. Also need 4 privacy panels installed above retaining wall to roof above deck. Panels are 1.8m high by 1m wide. Need some sort of frame built to attach them to.

Concrete slab to be poured at end of driveway at rear of house. Price to be arranged. L shape 3m x 7.5m and 12m x 6m Total concrete around 10 cubic metres. Already formed up, just requiring concreter to pour and finish.
