Renovating a small house and turning the garage into another bedroom, we will be removing the garage roller door (single roller door) and frame and need a low set brick wall constructed to match the existing house design, will have bricks available and can supply the mortar and all materials. The wall will end up with a timber stud wall and window above it so will need to be to the relevant building code re; damp course / brick ties etc. See photo, wall will need to taper to corner of the house (~6 courses one end to ~4 courses), existing garage slab is ~3m wide so the length of the wall is less than 3m.
