Installation of Easy shed.. 3.5m x 1.5 metres... skillion. onto flat paving room and power no issue we did buy one bolt down kit... so putting that in appreciated although i can do that later if required

We require structural sign off to add a non-permeable roof to our pergola. We are in City of Bayswater which has different rules to our neighbouring council regarding patios. We have built a pergola with a shade cloth. Because it lets water through, it's not classed as a patio and therefore fits within the current Pergola guidelines for Bayswater that do not require council approval. We would now like to add corrugated plastic roofing to protect from rain in the winter. This would make it a patio and require structural sign off to be able to get council approval. If we lived 1km to the West, we wouldn't require this sign off as Stirling allows patios with a roof under a certain size to be built without council sign off.

Leak in pergola, between house roof and pergola aframe roof. During heavy rain it pours through. Gutter box also needs replacing or repairing.

We are looking to build a class 1a shed structure as a granny flat. We have a shed company already engaged and they provide engineering drawings for the shed itself. We need drawings made to give to this company and then to council for building approval.
