Build small timber deck in backyard of semi-house, directly off the back of the lounge room, but below / in-line with the bottom brick step. Currently there are bricks there - happy to put deck over the bricks. There is a 60cm x 60cm drain in the corner of the applicable area. Deck area is approx. 2.5m x 4.5m. Height for new timber from the brick surface would only be approx. 20cm to 30cm - so you can walk straight out of the semi-house and onto the new timber deck. Mostly a rectangle area, except for the sides, which will wrap around the gazebo shape of the back of the house. Looking for a fairly low cost solution on this project.
