Andy cancelled and changed appointments for the job, stretching the original expected jog completion to a 1 month delay. Poor replying messages was a problem. Finally, once he came to do the job with a co-worker, the job was done efficiently and professionally. Just needs to respond to communication more reliably and stick to agreed appointments to suit the customer not just to his own convenience!
