Need draftperson to prepare drawings for a small job to submit to building surveyor to obtain building permit. the job is to repair existing verandah and retaining wall for an existing house located in Hurstbridge postcode 3099. The drawing requirements are:- Set of latest Architectural drawings and specification incorporating: A Site plan showing all boundaries & setbacks, easements, existing building(s), proposed works, adjoining properties, North point & site coverage. I have attached a plan of the small work to give an idea of the building permit required. You must have experience in doing this sort of drawing for building permit (compliance with State of Victoria's Building Regulations) and dealing with building surveyor, only quote if you do.
